Yesterday, I checked out FlexABLE Assisted Stretching & Wellness @flexable_assisted_stretching in Concord, NH for their Open House! Got the BESTTTTT stretch from my friend, Karen Kenney @karenkenneylive who's one of their certified Stretch + Flexibility Coaches (amongst many other superpowers!!) Karen walks you through every step of the way to ensure you feel confident, safe, and knowledgeable about what's happening during your session. Their goal, as stated on their website, is to create a life-changing impact for people and it did NOTHING short of that for me! I walked away feeling amazing, having a minor epiphany about flexibility itself, learning about how the body works, and seeing what a great resource this place is! Highly recommend checking them out if you're local to Concord!

Collaborator Thursday!! 💃🏻💃🏻 This one is HOT off the presses, as Robyn @rdwdesignstudio, Jess @jmmartistdesigner and I celebrated our client Keady Phelan's @kdpcoaching_keadyphelan website launch YESTERDAY! 🔥 Keady came to us with clarity on who she works with and wanted to speak to on her website. She also refined her distinct offerings and services. But... her work with leaders has massive, life-changing potential and she wasn't quite sure how to put it into words and express it through visual branding... all, of course, without saying too much. Easy, right? 😂 We needed to bring the FEELING of the message and impact ALIVE. Working alongside the dream team to bring Keady's voice to life on her new website was an honor and joy! I feel grateful every single day that somehow, these 10 fingers + my client's messages = become transformation, impact, and more love and peace in the world! ❤️ Congratulations to Keady on the stunning new website!

Our adventures today took us over the mountain, through the woods, and landed us in the park in Peterborough where Jason and I first met (and fell head over heels) with this guy 9 years ago. ❤️ Just as dapper (and happier!) than ever!
