Networking: How to Meet Other Entrepreneurs

Let's talk networking, connecting, and relationship-building!

We’re talking about how to meet other entrepreneurs and head into networking events (both virtual and in-person) with more confidence and chutzpah!

When I go “network” or meet other entrepreneurs and individuals, I don’t really go to network. I just go to learn about people, build relationships, and stay open to possibilities. Whatever happens, happens! When you do that, I think you tend to find exactly that. Possibility, relationships, and cool people that know other cool people.

I often don’t go into networking with the goal of getting clients or referrals, but I do go in with a giver’s mindset and set an intention for my time there.

One of my best networking referrals though involved bringing LOVE into my life and in this week’s episode I’m sharing the story as well as tips for meeting other entrepreneurs and making more connections to grow your business through networking and relationship-building!

I cover:

  • How to pick and choose networking opportunities that are right for YOU as an entrepreneur

  • Things to consider before, during, and after a networking event

  • What kinds of questions to ask to keep the vibes high in a conversation

  • How to be THE person people want to talk to at any networking event

  • And how to keep too-close-talkers from creeping in on your personal space

  • How your arrival *and departure* times do matter

  • And more!
